One page referral sheet on myopia management that details the basics of myopia and importance of control. This fun design can be given to local pediatricians and school nurses to hand to parents when myopia is suspected and includes a QR code to link to your website and full practice information.
**This listing is for immediate access to a Canva Template that is fully customizable. You can add your practice logo, change font style or color, move/add/delete text and images, change background colors, and insert your own QR code (I recommend using QR Code Generator).
Size: US Letter Portrait (8.5 x 11 in) - Can be easily resized with Canva Pro if necessary
Please note that this particular design uses Canva Pro version images. To be able to print them without a watermark you will need to either:
- Sign up for Pro or use the free trial version for 30 days
- Pay $1 per asset for Pro Content License ($11 for this design)
- Remove or replace the Pro assets with free ones (they will be specified when you click the download button)
